Brain-Behavior Correlation (BBC) is a toolbox specially designed to study the correlation between human brain and behaviors with individual differences approach. Several noteworthy features of BBC include:
- Multiple modalities are supported, including tfMRI, sMRI, rfMRI, and dMRI
- Multiple methods are integrated, including Pearson Correlation, Partial Correlation, ANOVA, Multiple Regression, and so on
- Multiple levels analysis are supported, including voxel-wise, vertex-wise, and ROI analysis.
- Multiple assessments of replications are embedded, including split-half, bootstrap, and so on.
